How I can help
At Take Time Counselling and Coaching, Solihull, I recognise that there are times in life when everyone needs extra support. I am a fully qualified and BACP registered counsellor as well as an experienced coach trained and qualified by Cambridge University. I am therefore able to work a little differently from other counsellors. I also understand from experience how much courage it can take to seek help when life gets difficult.
I offer a range of counselling and coaching services and have specific expertise in:

I also provide tailored support for teenagers, students and young adults.
I provide an empathetic and non-judgmental space for you to talk. I listen, but I don't only listen. I will also help you plan and find a way forward in your life, and I can also offer free resources for use between appointments to help you to achieve your goals.
A key question for clients is the cost of appointments. Based on my qualifications and experience, and the fact that I volunteer a proportion of my time in Solihull, sessions are usually £70-£90 each to include free resources for use in between appointments
Unlike counselling through the NHS and some charities, there is no limit to the number of sessions you can have. There is also flexibility in terms of whether sessions are weekly, fortnightly or monthly.
