At Take Time Counselling and Coaching we recognise that there are times in life when everyone needs extra support. We have developed a service which is designed to be as accessible as possible with discounts available for booking 6 sessions or more. We also have a number of slots with concessionary rates. We specialise in online and telephone appointments. We also offer face to face appointments in Solihull, West Midlands, B91.

A key question for our clients is the cost of appointments. Our costs are usually £50-£60 a session with some slots available at concessionary rates.Discounts are also offered for block bookings of 6, 12 and more sessions. Click here for further details.
Unlike counselling through the NHS and some charities, there is usually no delay or limit to the number of sessions you can have.
